How to pre-register
To start the enrolment process for this programme you must complete and send the form that you will find at the bottom of these lines..

Next you will receive a welcome email detailing the three steps necessary to formalize the enrolment procedure:

1. Complete and confirm your personal details.

2. Validate your curriculum vitae and attach any additional required documentation, whenever this is necessary for admission.

3. Pay €110 in concept of the registration fee for the programme. This fee will be discounted from the total enrolment fee and will only be returned when a student isn't admitted on a programme.

Once the fee has been paid and we have all your documentation, we will assess your candidacy and, if you are admitted on the course, we will send you a letter of acceptance. This document will provide you with all the necessary information to formalize the enrolment process for the programme.

ACADEMIC AND ECONOMIC REGULATIONS

The Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya may amend any of the course's content, fees, timetables and dates before it starts.

Cancellation or postponement. The Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if there are not enough students. If a course is cancelled or the candidate is not admitted, the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya fully refunds any fees paid by students, but provides no additional compensation. If a course is postponed, a refund will be provided to any students who request one.

Enrolment cancellation. If a student cancels enrolment before a course begins, the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya will keep 60% of the enrolment fee. Students will only be reimbursed for the enrolment fee (minus a €300 administrative charge) if they are refused a visa. Students will not be reimbursed once the course has started.

Enrolment changes. Enrolment changes approved by the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya carry a fee of €300 for administrative expenses.

Discounts:
· Discounts may not be used in combination. The best discount possible will be applied.
· Only previously requested and pre-approved discounts will be applied.
· Once enrolment has been done no further discounts will be applied.
· Students are responsible for indicating their desire to apply for a particular discount

Certification: Any students not in possession of a university qualification are ineligible to receive a master?s or postgraduate certification; instead they will be issued with the relevant course attendance and postgraduate learning achievement certificate. Students with outstanding debts to the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya will not be entitled to receive a qualification, diploma or certificate.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection and the royal decree that approves the regulations to develop the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data you provide through the forms on this website will be handled confidentially. The data will be stored in the database of the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya and used for the purpose of managing training courses and sending information on the activities of the Fundació and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. The transfer of this data to the UPC Group entities is authorized for the same purpose.
